Annual Events

Petagogy hosts many free events throughout the year. Although we’re always doing new things, there are a few mainstay events that we do every year, and sometimes every season! Sign up for our email newsletter below or check out our Facebook page for details on all our upcoming events!

We strive to be active members of the animal, Pittsburgh and Greensburg communities. We partner with and support many community organizations and rescue groups—including the Shadyside Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Greensburg Project, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, Wayward Whisker’s Animal Rescue, The Foster Farm, Senior Pet and Animal Rescue, Biggies Bullies and The Proper Pit Bull to name just a few—with food drives, donation events, supply drives, gift basket donations and sponsorships. We also participate in many events hosted by these organizations all over the city.

While we make every effort to accommodate as many donation requests as possible, please remember that submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. We will contact the requesting organization directly if we are able to make a donation. Due to the amount of requests we receive throughout the year, we give priority consideration to events benefiting rescues and animal welfare organizations located in and around Greensburg and Pittsburgh.

Please email your donation request to info@petagogypgh.com at least three weeks prior to your event and include the following information:

• Event name

• Event date

• Event description

• Requested donation (cat gift basket, dog gift basket, gift card)

• How the donation will be used (silent auction, live auction, contest prize)

• Organization name

• Contact name

• Tax ID number

• Email

• Phone number

• Mailing address

Please note: Requests for donations for events and organizations located outside of Western Pennsylvania will not be considered.
